Soooo... this is the page where we tell you about us....

After reading the book on 'How to blow smoke up ones arse'

here it is...

Miles/Milo .. started his career after doing some part time shifts at Goodwood whilst studying for his marine management degree in Southampton, as with many chefs, after getting the bug for food his passion grew and lead him down the Chef path... after leaving uni he went to work for Michelin star chef Ray Farthing at 36 on the quay in Emsworth where he stayed for 2 years, Amberly castle in Arundle was his next stop, working his way up to sous chef, leaving the Castle he moved up to Stroud to join the outside catering team at Calcot Kitchens (formally Williams kitchen at Calcot) running and organising bespoke events from afternoon teas to weddings, hunt balls, royal dinners, Polo events, jazz festivals and feeding the RAF at The royal air tattoo for 4 years, in charge of 30+ other chefs making sure the heads of the armed forces got fed during their weekend at Fairford.

Our Steph. Born and bread in Stroud, she started her career training at Glos Cat Cheltenham doing NVQs 2 & 3 in cooking  and patisserie covering front of house silver service too, her first job was in Tesco staff cafe (rock and roll) when she had finished collage she landed her first serious chef job at Calcot manor in Tetbury, working on all sections of the kitchen working her way up to junior sous, Steph stayed at the hotel for 6 years. After, she moved to Calcots little sister project at Westonbirt Arboretum heading up the restaurant she joined Miles and the rest of the team at Calcot kitchens two years later.. Steph now runs front of house at Number 85 as well as doing the baking for the cake counter.... shes not bossy... shes the boss :-0

Insert cliche here....

and the rest is history.....
